Downtown Shreveport Property Owner 50 Cent Celebrates Milestone Birthday With Big Moves in Entertainment
Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, global entertainment mogul and property owner in Downtown Shreveport, celebrated his milestone 50th birthday by giving fans a gift of his own — free access to his curated 50 Cent Action channel on Pluto TV. The channel, which is available on major streaming platforms including Roku, LG, Sling, Prime Video, and DIRECTV, features a dynamic lineup of action-packed films and series including Freelancers, Righteous Kill, Fire with Fire, and more from Jackson’s production library.
On his birthday, Jackson shared the announcement in a social media video, saying:
“Hey what’s up, it’s 50 Cent celebrating my birthday and I’m giving you gifts. You can go stream 50 Cent Action for free on Pluto TV now. What better way to celebrate the day than to stream 50 Cent Action.”
But the celebration goes beyond the screen.
As Jackson expands his media footprint, plans continue progressing for the transformation of Shreveport’s Millennium Studios into the new home of G-Unit Studios. The project, located right here in our Downtown Development District, represents a major win for Shreveport’s role in the film and entertainment industry.
Industry sources suggest that future content produced at G-Unit Studios could appear on 50 Cent Action and other G-Unit branded platforms. This creates a direct pipeline between Shreveport-based productions and a global viewing audience.
